50% Deposit and Balance on Completion

The above mentioned agreement was blatantly flouted after the 50% deposit was handed over. Every single request on the agreement was ignored, he just went ahead and practically did as HE wished. When questioned, the standard reply always was " We need to talk about that." Which really boiled down to him charging extra for work stipulated in the contract already. He would disappear for days with the lamest excuses, sometimes request more cash and finish off some Other work. He would constantly change the agreement to suit himself-which was really annoying. This man violently demolished a boundary wall that he put up using my sledge hammer because I refused to advance more cash as the job was not complete. Call me-I will show you pictures that will make you shiver. Beware of this smooth talker. Such violence must not be tolerated. A driveway specialist! More of a if you ask me!
