BAD SERVICE AND PAINTING

My folks painted there house in and during September 2013. The paint work / workmanship. The paint is peeling off on the walls outside, the window frames are rusting through the paint. This service for the paintwork came to almost R20k and it is not even a month after the paint work was done. After the first rains my dad noticed that the paint is peeling all over the house. AND TO TOP IT ALL THEY GAURANTEE THERE WORK / PAINT TO LAST 10 YEARS!!! WHAT A JOKE.
