Unacceptable service

Logged fault on 18 Nov only came through on 21st, charged a call out, machine not repaired. Second complaint logged on 22nd, machine not working, only came through on 29th, still problem not sorted, waited for part to be ordered, confirmation of 2nd Dec received, phoned back on the 5th, said they would come through Friday the 6th, i'm still waiting... phoned again today Monday the 9th, said they'd get back to me, still awaiting response
