I bought a Samsung washing machine on 29/11/2011. Six months later it was making a very bad sound when spinning. I left it hoping it would get better but it didn't. In October 2012 I phoned customer service to tell them about the problem. They said I have to clean the filter wish I did. The sound did get a bit better but not for long. So I called them again on the 8/05/2013. They gave me a reference nr 4133696637. They would pic up may machine soon. on he 16/05 I got a message to say my request was cancelled?! I didn't do that! So I phoned again. Sorry mam for the inconvenience they will pic up your machine today. But call this nr 0129985556. No one could get my name on the list of pickups. So this story went on for a few days. eventually the could pic up my machine but after two hours on the phone they still could not find my house. After 4 that afternoon they got my machine. 23/05 I called to here how long it will take to have my machine back (when picking up they said 2 to 3 days) No mam still waiting for parts. 24/05 sorry mam you have to pay this part yourself not under guarantee and we are still waiting for the part. Today still waiting for the part! Please HELP
