Bad service

Electronics and household app.

My washing machine started giving trouble just before warranty expired. A call was logged on 24/06/13
Technician came out on 27/06/13 replacing the motor. Not even 2 months later the same problem occurred
Another call was 29/08/13, technician came out telling me that it is now the gearbox (for the exact same problem) and seeing that the machine is now out of warranty, I will have to pay.
We told the service centre it can't be another part causing the same problem, they insisted we should replace the gearbox at our costs, I refused. I received a sms on 06/09/13 saying that the repair was cancelled.
I phoned the call centre explaining to them the situation and another call was logged. Another sms on 11/09/13 saying Samsung is currently looking into the case. Another service centre has been advised to come and look at my washing machine.By just telling him, he admit that it is definitely the gearbox. Long story short, I am still waiting for the machine to be repaired!!
