Disapointing

I am highly disapointed & disgusted in the poor customer service i have received from Samsung and Game n1 city. I purchased my Top loader washing machine there just over a Year ago - i logged a call on the 06/08/13 as there seems to be something faulty with the machine - on Friday the 09/08/2013 we received a phone call from some Samsung technitian who couldn't make it to us so told me he would come Monday but at the same time tried to tell me what is wrong with the machine and how i must fix it with out even seeing it - I mean really now!!! Monday has come & gone and still nothing i went to game store on Monday and promises were made and still nothing has happened. This morning 13/08/2013 i phoned again only to be told that someone would phone me back that was at 1pm I'm still waiting and it's now 4:18pm. I have a good mind to load the machine take it to Game and get a new one this is pathetic and i want this sorted out otherwise i will take this matter further.
