Dreadful Service with No-care attitude

I ordered a small batch of 30 document boxes from Packaging Source WELL IN ADVANCE to ensure I have them by the first week in December. I paid them in full without question. It was confirmed the order will be ready on 4 Dec. Then I receive an email pushing my order to the 6th - which is 1 day ahead of my tender submission. On phoning today to come and collect, they were meant to return my call to let me know. Nothing. I phone again. Finally, someone phones me to tell me it will only be ready the following day because they had problems with stock. I asked for 4 boxes to be made up due my tender (which means they haven't even started with my order yet) and since then, I have called a few more times, and they keep promising to phone me back - Im still waiting. I'm so glad this was a test run and not my usual large orders - this kind of middle-finger attitude is disgusting. Nobody thought to call to warn me they are having stock issues. Nobody cares that I need just 4 boxes for my tender submission. Appalling service and I will surely spread the word.
