Incorrect delivery followed by bad attitude

Packaging Source makes boxes and I ordered boxes at their showroom in Delmas Pretoria. The employee Vicky Hefer assisted me with my order, I picked out a box on display and told her that I would like to order boxes that size. She took the details from an inventory list of theirs and created an invoice. My order was processed but on delivery the size was close to half what was presented to me at the showroom. Now Packaging Source says to me that they will not take their boxes back and fix my order nor will they refund me for their error. My complaint was not handled with urgency and the correspondence I finally received from them was highly disrespectful, demeaning and unprofessional.
