Dont Q
False Advertising

I found Don't Q online and used their website to register for the service "Duplicate Vehicle Certificate". After registering and paying my money and being informed that this would take from 2- 7 days. I followed up with them 10 days later only to be informed that they don't offer that service... This after they gladly took my money and sat quietly with it for 10 days... I contacted them and after a heated discussion informed them that I wanted my money back that day and they better update their website to reflect the 'correct' services that they offer. I was told that this would happen. I have just been on their website and see that they still offer the service of Duplicate Documentation... Careful they could take your money, keep you waiting and not deliver.
