Missed out on offer due to lack of response

On Tuesday 06/08/2013 I came across a contract offer for an Iphone 4 on Smart S for R199.00 per month which I wished to take out with Vodacom. I applied as per the instructions on the website and was informed by a screen pop up that I would be contacted by an agent within 24hours. This morning (07/08/2013) I went on the website an to my surprise the deal is no longer listed on the website (less than 24hours after I sent my request to Vodacom). I immediately contacted the contact number on the website and was advised that new deals are available from today and the offer is no longer available, however I will be contacted by someone in the online department to see if the deal is available on their side. I am surprised and concerned that no date was listed in respect of when the deal is valid until and feel unfairly prejudiced by Vodacom by them failing to contact me. All I have requested is that the deal be made available to me as I sent a request through while the deal was still on offer and feel that the delay in responding is unnecessary.
