Good day

I am a very frustrated MTN client. I received a call to accept an offer from MTN but the offer was not explained properly, despite me asking specific questions I specifically asked ARE THERE CANCELLACTION FEES AND ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION TIME FRAMES THAT NEED ADHERED TO. The uneducated and clearly incompetent call Centre agent answered my questions confidently WITH THE INCORRECT INFORMATION THUS MIS-LEADING ME.

I then called to have the offer cancelled and was informed that I will be contacted for the cancellation which did not happen. They proceeded to delete my cell phone number off the system all together without any discussion with me. This is a major inconvenience as I need my cell phone, I found myself unable to make any emergency calls, people cannot get through to me and I am losing out on important business calls as well, this whole process is costing me time and money!!

I then went into the MTN store in pavilion and was asked to pay a R100.00 fee to correct MTN's error and was told that my number would be reinstated within 48 hours. So there is yet another 48 hours of my time and money wasted and delayed on waiting and there is no improvement whatsoeve
