This is what a manager should be like

During the weekend I moved to a new area, there was a lot of issues from a variety of companies such as Mr Price. Initially I had a major problem with my delivery from Home Depot Canal Walk/ Epping, but I really want to commend Deon - the manager - who took charge, found a solution, treated me with kindness and respect and made my transition into my new place so much easier. Apart from that the Delivery guys who delivered my items and saw there was a problem, stayed until the matter was resolved and started assembling my items. They also contacted the manager and made a horrible situation so much better. And lastly the assembly guys who didn't mind driving to get more screws and parts and whom returned promptly to do the last assembly - Thank you. I have argued and have had horrible service from a mass chain such as Mr Price but Home Depot's Manager, Delivery and Assembly Guys are exceptional examples of what managerial skills are suppose to be. A lot of stores can take a page from their book and act accordingly. Sincerely, thank you Home Depot.
