Refusal to refund the money

I want to raise my displeasure and utter disgust with the above mention company's policy of non refund for returned parts ordered even though they were unused & still in their original unopened sealed package. I was willing to pay for the cost of cancelling the order but still they refused. I must say the attitude of the Manager of pushing policy without understanding the customer's circumstances changed my perception about the company and its brands they are servicing and I don't think I will consider buying any of their vehicles in future, I also will not advice my family & friends to do so.
