REFUND POLICY BREACH

I returned some shoes to Zando and requested a refund be done via eft.
According to their refunds policy they claim to aim to refund their customers within 48 hours of receipt of returned parcel... this has not been honoured so I feel their is misrepresentation of information here.
I returned order number 200722629 on the 5th of July 2013 and no refund has been processed to date.
This is unacceptable and I require some feedback of a reliable source as to when this money will be refunded to me.
If this is an example of the customer service that Zando offer then I will not be buying from them again and definitely would not recommend them to any of my friends, family or colleagues.
