SEALED METAL GASKET INCORRECTLY ORDERED

Received metal Exhaust Gasket for Daihatsu, I ACCEPT I ORDERED INCORRECTLY, But the salesman Chris says Manager wont accept BECAUSE it is a A 'p rated' item
i however still want to order more goods to correct my incorrect order
but now they wont accept the sealed metal gasket as a credit to next purchase
whenever i call Chris will mention to me the manager is not in today, try tomorrow!

How can this be resolved amicably? i actually need the set of inlet manifold gaskets
