Bad service with no "B" plan

We rented two suite from Euro Suit at Canal Walk a week prior to our function. Our function was on the 22nd November 2013.

Three days prior to pick up, I phone Euro Suit and they confirmed it was ready for collection, did the same on the day of pick up. When I got there the alterations were not completed. The one gentleman told us that they do not alter the jackets, the funny thing was the other employee then started altering the buttons. But now alterations are made on the jackets!!! LOL
The one trousers ZIP was broken as well. The employee's asked us to wait while they finish the alterations!!!

I then demanded my money back, which the refunded was to be back into my back account by the afternoon according to the one employee. It is Monday morning and still no go... Phoned them again this morning and I got told to wait for two days... Don't think anyone there actually knows what is going on...

Ohh and to top the lot: No-one actually showed any remorse... No plan of action just wait!!! One of the employees said: this happen all the time, the guys at the back are "slap"...

Well Done Euro Suit great that your employees manage crisis like that...
