I bought a fax / scanner / printer for - R 1300.00 on 27 November 2012 as we had a new fax-line installed at our business. During August 2013 (9 months later) we had it sent in for repairs as the printhead was NOT functioning. We got our fax / scanner / printer back a week and R 300-00 later just for it to break down ONE day later AGAIN... black ink not printing...

On 26 October 2013 I took it back to Waltons in Hatfield and the consultant stated that they will send it in for repairs. A few days later we got telephonic notice that the machine CAN NOT BE FIXED and we were advised to rather buy a new one as it would be cheaper. This statement was repeated by the manager today.

What happened to 1 year guarentee? Does the customer not count anymore or are we so used to poor service that we just ignore it?

YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN! EVER!!
