Beyond pathetic service

I hired a suit for my son to wear as the ring bearer to my wedding, only to receive a suit that had a waist of 17cm. What 4 year old can fit into a waist on 17cm? Not even a baby has a 17cm waist!!! When he came for the fitting, he had a suit that fit, the only thing that had to change on collection was a bigger jacket, which we were given but I checked the length of the pants which was fine and not the waist and much to my dismay, found out on the wedding day that the waist was 17cm. Eurosuit has received numerous complaints regarding poor service and it doesn't seem to improve?

I was also told that my refund on my deposit will take 3-4 days to refund which is also news to me as a credit card refund is supposed to be immediate and secondly, it is not stated in any of the documentation that the refund will take 3-4 days.

I will never use or recommend Eurosuit to anybody
