I walked into Euro suit in Sandton, no one bothered to help me I stood around for about 5 mins before i had to ask someone if they would help me. Two gentlemen sat behind a counter and told me someone will assist you now and i waited again. Eventually a woman walks straight past me dragging her feet and mumbles "do you want help" then finally i pay the full amount including deposit and i see on the way out a sign that says get 10% discount off your suit hire if you book and pay in full before the 30th April no one mentioned this to me so i walked back in and said "So do i get a 10% discount? " the lady that helped me just says "Eish! " the other gentleman comes over looks at the receipt and asks if i paid with a card or cash i say card and he replies "sorry we cant do anything"
