My wedding suites ruined

I went to euro suite park view about 2 months ago to go and get suites for my myself and for the groomsmen for my wedding. When we got there we found the suites and they took all the measurements. They quoted us 2800 per suite. After a week I went back and what they were supposed to do on the suite they didn't do it was completely wrong. The stitching wasn't right it just came out and there were holes in the pockets. This happened to every suite I bought. After another week my suite was still not correct this time it was even worse. They had to get me a completely new pair of pants. After another week I went back waited for over an hour just for them to find my suite. After they found it I tried it on and it was fine. We landed up paying 3200 per suite. The day of the wedding 3 of the suites pants tore and the 1 of the jacket buttons came off. I had to rush to go and buy a new suite for 1 of the guys. I then spoke to Stuart from the head office and still today we can't get hold of him the suites and they can't tell us what's happening with suites. I find this very poor especially if you are getting married. I have phoned a number of times but I'm just not getting any feed back...
