FALSE ADVERTISING-RUDE SERVICE

On Saturday, 1 June, I went to Game to go buy a printer. It was hard enough to get help from staff members as usual. Eventually I got to speak with one of the sales people, it became clear again that they were, as usual, out of stock for the specific item that you are requesting for. I then decided on another printer, HP 3525 (CHECK IT OUT - HP 3525). When I got to the till, in this 'perfect' scenario, it seems that the printer, as advertised for R699, was now priced at R799. I told them of the error but NO. I went to show the sales guy the price. He looked at it, compared the barcode and it matched to the price specifically as advertised (R699). But still NO - unbelievable.

I have taken photos of the printer and advert card and also a mind of my own to take this complaint further than needs. This is also show for R699 in your leaflet. You have lost yourself yet another client. I bought my printer at Makro that same day and I got SUPERB service as always. Good luck with your current business strategy Game.
