I bought a Groupon for Service at Kessel Motor's

the disclaimer says: Only valid for standard vehicles with up to four cylinders. Vehicle must be licensed. Sub Standard, SUV, Luxury, Modified, High Performance or Non Standard Vehicles May Incur Additional Costs.

They want to charge an additional R300 as they say that my car is classified as a SUV (which it is not). I eventually got it out of them that it also includes cars with fuel injection i.e. 90% of cars out there.

Be warned do a full check that you "qualify" before purchasing the Groupon, I'm still batlling to get a refund from Groupon and Kessel's are offering a false discount!

I spoke to the manager, who frankly didn't care about my problem and didn't want to speak to me any further. Shew "What Service"!!!
