INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST!!!

Unisa posted my study material on 17/01/2013 but i still haven't received it, I called SAPO yesterday and their consultant said it already at Braamfontein post office, I told him that in their systmem it doesnt reflect that but he instisted, so 2day i went bo braam to collect only to find that the sapo consultant was lying! I'm soo at these incompetent half-wits! nx!
