Ridiculous wait for Study material!

Surprisingly my registration didnt go thru on myunisa however after "a few" calls to the Reg department and 2 days later, i was registered. But UNISA more than made up for their quick registration by delaying my study material. 2 x study packages were posted on the 25th and 27th of Jan to the Post office not in my area.i tracked the parcels and 1 (25th) was ready for collection. the 27th had no record on the post office track n trace.i made the trip on the 2/2/2013 to collect the 1 package hoping that by some chance the post office may locate it at the branch. However the post office had no record of the 2nd pkg. today i email the despatch office in unisa only to find out that there is a different tracking number and they posted the incorrect 1 on my myunisa account. I am livid because the pkg was ready for collection from the 1/2 which i could have collected on the 2/2/2013 as well. Am i supposed to guess that there is a different tracking number? i now have to make a second trip just because someone didnt do their job properly & post the correct tracking numbers on the website. for a university that is broadly distance learning, their communication & support of students is!
