SA Post Office
SAPO does not care

Miscellaneous

Yes I am one of the many SAPO customers that have their parcel held hostage by a few people embarked on an "illegal" strike. The casual response from all at SAPO is "but sir they are on strike? " as if this is an excuse for the entire post office stopping business. I have sent over a dozen emails to half a dozen email addresses at SAPO including the CEO, District Sales Manager, and GM but not one of these people have had the descency to reply, obviously a paying customer means nothing to each of these individuals or maybe I am not important enough for their busy schedule. As a paying customer do I not have the right to demand that the service I paid for is actaully done!! Obviously nothing is being done to keep services going at SAPO despite the PR media rubbish. When will these government organisations actually care???
