Unisa
Unisa is beyond Incompetent

I'm a student at Unisa and no matter how many times I indicate that I want my study material to be couried they keep posting it, my post office is in Pretoria and i live in JHB, they have now also posted my study material and this is the 3rd time they do this and yet again I have to drive to PTA to fetch it. Over and over and over again I change the delivery address and I also emphasise even with the registration people and I see it on the form that courier address is what I want but thada! they have posted it ones again and I'm so sick of this people, they are so incompetent, educating us when its so hard for them to understand one simple request! Something has to be done about this as i cannot continue like this!!!
