Incompetent staff

Today (20/02/2013), I had asked my boyfriend to collect study material posted to me from UNISA as I simply did not have the time to do so myself. I gave him all the documentation that he needed (as provided by the post office) and he went to the Westgate branch. A few minutes later, he called me in such a huff about the blatant incompetence and bad attitude by one of the staff members that assisted him. This staffs name is Tercia (we do not know what her surname is). She refused to even look at the paper that he had with the information about the package on, and not only that, she said straight out that there is a strike and she cannot help him. Little did she know that this package was delivered to the Westgate branch on or before the 5th of February 2013. She then proceeded to ignore him and continued to chat on her cellphone. When i called my boyfriend, he told me to listen to the amount of noise she was making in the background. UNACCEPTABLE! Now, because of Tercia's incompetence, i am left without my study material and have wasted precious time for myself and my boyfriend! Completely disgusted in this Tercia woman.
