My parcel was posted from New Castle late December 2012.By 14 Jan 2013 the sender handed in a formal request to check on the parcels progress as it was showing Wits Post hub since 30 Dec.By 17 Jan sapo contacted the sender and requested her to complete a form at New Castle branch. The sender only received receipt of her formal inquiry on 23 Jan but customer services had still not contacted her by phone since 17 Jan.By 31 Jan no responce was yet received from SAPO customer service.
It seems SAPO customer service is not interrested in finding my parcel # PE704207778ZA.
