Firstly there was a delay and we were only helped an hour after our scheduled time.

I was told it would take ten days to edit the pictures. I called back on a Friday and was told that on Monday the photos would be ready and I would be called. I waited until Friday this week and still no call.

I then called the landline 3 times with no response. I proceeded to call the cellphone number and I was told Simeon felt sick&did not want to deal with me so I must call the office. I told him the office does not answer so give me another number. He did not let me speak&proceeded to shout at me about him being ill. He then sent me an SMS to tell me to respect myself because he is in hospital&I am very rude. He said I must contact the person I was dealing with. I advised him that I had e-mails from him personal. 4 more calls to the office&2 more to Simeon I eventually got another number only to get even more bad service.

I was told that the items are ready they just need the cover. They could not confirm trading hours and finally told me to come before 1. I sent some1 there to find a sign saying we are out back in 1 hr. They then stated nothing had been printed yet.

And now we wait!!!
