I called insurance to submit my claim, for which I was on hold for 40minutes so never got to speak to any consultant. I then went to the Cresta branch and they emailed the documents for me, for which I was told I would get a response, which I didn't. I then proceeded to go to the Simmonds street branch at Standard Bank and there I was given a phone to call and again I was on hold for 4 consecutive days for over 30 minutes each day, for which I was still not assisted. I was then told by a service consultant at that branch that there was nothing they could do and gave me a head office number to call, 011 912 300. Of which they told me that they would give an insurance supervisor my details to call as there was nothing they could do. I tried 3 times to call that number and each time that person could not help me. So I tried 2 mtn stores, called their call centre and head office and none could help me. I have been up and down for 2 weeks trying to get help but I failed. I am disappointed and disgusted at the terrible level of service given by MTN. And till today, I am waiting 4 a "so-called" supervisor from insurance to call me.
