Seven Seasons
11 months to deliver and still waiting

I placed an order for aroma therapy oils with Sevenseasons and paid for it at the same time by EFT in December 2012.

Since then I have made numerous phone calls and sent at least 5 e-mails asking for my products to please be sent to me or for them to then either refund my money (R500).

I have confirmed my delivery address four times now. Each time there's apologies and false promises as I am told that the product will be delivered shortly, but to no avail.

I want my money back. I'm not interested in their product anymore. This is.
