BE WARNED!!! - Money paid NO product NO refund

I paid over the internet for a product. After numerous follow-ups from my side the so-called courier missed every single deadline to make delivery (for which I had to make special arrangements!) After a month and numerous e-mails and phone calls to "Nick" I insisted on a refund. Again the same story - promises that it would be paid by tomorrow. "Just give me 30 minutes to find out..."; "... I will check into this personally...", "... It is very bad that we did not deliver..." and so it continues - but never any delivery. BE WARNED. Do NOT do ANY business with this company! It's a great pity that I did not look at HelloPeter BEFORE I paid money - I would have seen at least 10 similar complaints! I now have to revert to legal action to get back my money. Save yourself these headaches & use someone else!!!
