No response to emails

I have had a storage unit in stoneridge shopping centre since 1 January. I sent an email on 4 November and was told I could expect feedback with 24 hours. I did not receive any response. I then emailed again on 8 November and still have not heard anything. I emailed again today (12 November). Please can I have a response to my email???
This is a WARNING to all people considering using these services. They will respond to secure the lease and then you will NEVER get a response ever again!!
