Stor-Age Self Storage
Increase of 127%

I have several issues to bring up with Stor-age Self Storage. Firstly we received no notification at all that they had taken over our storage unit from Public Storage - it was only when we went to our unit that we saw the new signage. I contacted them to request the information be emailed to me and was told I would receive an email with all relevant information. All I received was notification that the rental would be increased from R 550.00 to R 1250.00 per month from 1/3/2014 - an increase of 127 %. This is completely unacceptable. I am expecting the standard response from Stor-age that everyone else has received. Two comments they state are increased security and pest control. We did see proof of pest control but as for security - we stopped at gate and hooted several times. No one came to gate so we got out our car and were able to just push the gate open - more secure!!! I think not.
