Pathetic!

I complete surveys for Enlighten panel... Almost daily
Eventually i had sufficient points to redeem for my shopping vouchers, these people blatently ignore me and then have the audacity to send me more surveys but wont even respond to my query

On the 29th November 2012 i redeemed my points, the say they will deliver the vouchers within 10 days (Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed.

, the 14 December i emailed them i received an out of office (understandable, it is festive and holiday season)

On the 18th Jan i emailed to ask when i would receive it, no response

yesterday i emailed again and still no response... I dont understand what is so hard about sending me and email!!

All i need to know is when will I receive the vouchers
