Reckitt quality declining badly

I purchased 2 of the Dettol auto-dispensers for the handwash. They are both just under 2 months old, and have their first refills put in - but they both don't work! One doesn't come on at all, and the other has the sensor light continuously blinking, but doesn't work.
Is this the quality of product that RB is proud to sell?! The products aren't cheap, and I am extremely disappointed in how quickly these units broke. Now I have multiple refills I can't use, and 2 broken dispensers. How can I get a refund or get them replaced?
I was about to buy 2 more units, but I am no longer willing to purchase RB products.
