Shocking Costumer Service!

G S Trading (Gary Sachs) approached me with regards to printing materials that I need for my business. They seemed very friendly and helpful and I ordered manuals from them. When I received the printed manuals they had the wrong covers on, the lamination was falling off the covers, they were bound scewly and the inside pages did not even align! There were pieces of dirt and hair laminated to most of the manuals as well was was unacceptable. I informed in about this, asking him to please fix them as this is not up to the standard my usual printing company prints them and will be unprofessional for me to give them to clients. He had a very bad attitude, telling me it was not his problem and that I should please leave the matter at that as his father printed it and not him (though I paid him and not his father so he was responsible) He even threatened me with lawyers! I expected him to say that he would at least look at the manuals and evaluate the quality but he was not interested as he got his money and didn't want to have anything more to do with it. DON'T deal with these they your money and don't deliver! Beware...
