My husband had an appointment at Carlton, for a gents cut with Tony, on Saturday (11:30). We got there on time, only to be advised that Tony will be with us shortly. We witness tony busy with his current client. When staff went to remind him that we are there for him, with an appointment, his response ' oh well, they have to wait cause this gentleman was waiting for me for 30 minutes, so I will treat him first, they can wait'. This was another individual who was waiting. This to me, was unacceptable & rude as it was done directly in front of us. We waited for 20 minutes, and eventually left. No one explained why there was delays (common courtesy definitely lacking). I do not understand what is the point of making an appointment with them if we have to go there and still wait, whilst walk through clients get preference. What is also annoying, and I am sure, not kosher, is that Carlton Sandton city seemed to be overbooking with one stylist when he clearly did not have the capacity to render the service. To date, no one has called us to apologise. I have reported this to Carlton SA -no response
