Horrific attitude - Openly rude

2 days before I was due to leave for CT in Dec12 for my sisters wedding I had an appointment. I arrived about 10 min early, waited happily, and was asked to move over to the basins. A Lady then came in and sat down and Kyle (who I had booked for) started to doing her hair, and continued to do so for 35min before acknowledging me, he then turned to me saying"I'll be with you in 5 minutes, I'm just finishing up"I thought this was fine. I waited another 15 minutes before turning to him and saying something. This now being close to an hour after my appointment time. He then told me he was dealing with"an emergency"and I should wait.10 minutes more passed and I got up and left. When I approached the counter and asked for a manager I was told that it would not be possible for me to speak to one or for me to have the name of one in order to call the store. I dropped it and left, never mentioning it again. At the beginning of this month I went back and got a lovely stylist, and a cut that I am thrilled with, but as she was finishing I noticed Kyle standing a way back describing to 3 other stylists the"scene"I had caused. I know this because he was doing so loudly, while pointing at me. I am truly appalled
