DAMAGED HAIR AND YELLOW COLOUR!

I had my hair done yesterday at Cartlon Cape Gate and came out with more than half my hair lying on the floor due to over bleaching!! and to top it off it is now yellow!! I left the salon with the treatment in my hair as I was too worried that even more would break off if they blow dried it.
When I phoned this morning to see if they could remedy my hair i was told they are too full and could not assist me " I should try again on Monday"

So I made appointment at another salon to see if they could help and they informed me my hair is in such bad condition they would not even try anything!!

When I went back to Carlton no one could assist me nor could they get hold of the manager.
I was then told I will have to wait until Monday before they could tell me what they can do to help me as authorization is needed from head office before any refunds and additional treatments are allowed to be given! I have been a client for over a year now and this is how I am treated?!?

I am highly disgusted in the way which I was treated and the way the situation was handled!!

I am still waiting to hear from Carlton as to how they are going to correct their mistake!!
