Cutting my calls

I i called t report as i was out of the country my sons laptop and study material was stoplen at Sci-bono Study Centre in Newtown and when he went to report the matter to the police he was told he is a minor.ansd i was out of town no1 to help him..so i called and asked if metro can broadcast this as my son was in such a state and he is busy preparing for matric and i was scared he will commit suicide as this person all his study material including his notes and study material... so this lady at Metro said they will broadcast and later in 10/15min when i called she stater cutting my call. I know the Station manager Martin Vilakazi and DJ Sbu how they will react as there are so many teens that commit suicide due to this and how they will discourage this kind of behaviour .why was she cutting my calls
