In September 2003 we had a massive rainstorm in Benoni. The roof leaked, ceiling got flooded and the rainwater fell on the TV which blew the tube. Since that time I have not had a TV and I cancelled my payments. Well, the haunting has never stopped.
Numerous writings, affidavits and notes were sent to the SABC and their lawyers. I just doesn't stop and the outstanding amounts, since that time, continues to escalate. My husband (of 8 yrs) is a TV Owner and pays his TV Licence annually. This is almost my 10th year of living here in Rietkuil and I still do not posses a TV.
The person above and his/her department received my 8th load of writings of previous copies as well.
In the letters and affidavits I wrote it clearly states what happened. From previous writings these demands flair up every 12months to 2 years. This is ridiculous! Please assist. Thank you so much.
