Wasn't informed of cancellation of my appointment

I had to see the specialist yesterday so I drove from Nelspruit to Pretoria. I decided to kill two birds with one stone, so I booked a session at Carlton on the same day (prior to my specialist appointment). After driving 3 and a half hours to Pretoria and then another 45 minutes out of my way to get to the Parkview Carlton to the only stylist that I trust, I was told that she would not make my appointment. They knew about this before I got there but did not tell me. They also had a contact number for me but did not bother to phone me. There were no other master stylists available and the only time that they could slip me in was 30 min prior to my meeting with the specialist, which obviously was impossible, or after my appointment with the specialist, which was also not possible because as is, I only got home at 19:00. I am really upset about this horrible customer service and inconsiderate behaviour and will not be going to Carlton again.
