Last year November I joined Reality for their gym benefits but the consultant that answered my call must either be under going training or not very informed but in the months proceeding I soon found out that during my initial call I was not very well informed and thus from the beginning the service was very poor. Also I wasn't even a year with the programme and my fees were increased without even informing me and with the poor service thus far that just made matters. They way pf informing their clients that prices have increased is by hiding at the bottom of an email with their promotions and if you don't read promotional emails you miss the important information. Anyway now that my gym contract is almost over I called them to cancel my subscription with them only to be told that I have been charged for days when I was not a member because that is the way they systems work. When the consultant could not assist me I requested to speak to a supervisor who was going to get back to me by 11am the next day and eventually only calls me at 4 to say she still does not have the info. she needed and will get back to me the following Monday. It is now 3 weeks later and nobody has contact me.
