The "Reality" is

I've been a member of this "Reality" program now for a few months. To date I am to receive the promised card and documentation. I phoned in to cancel my subscription, the gentleman that helped was very kind but put me through to the cancellation department. After holding on for a very long time, a lady informs me that they will contact me regarding my cancellation. 2 days later and I'm still waiting. Now it's after month-end and they deduct another payment. I want it cancelled immediately!!!
