Bad Attitude & Poor Service Level

I would like to warn anyone who ever is looking at using this Company to do their garden service, to re-think this as this company's service level is horrifying and when you cancel as a result of this, its even worse.
The serviced our garden for quite a few years and i must add they are not the cheapest in the neighborhood. I kept on complaining time and time again about their lack of service (bearing in mind this is a medium sized lawn with hardly any work to do) and still they did nothing about it. In Sept2013 i logged another complaint to them and included photos as proof of how they work. This was never addressed (they did come and inspect but?..) I cancelled their service and they agreed. Now i am being threatened that i will be handed over if i dont pay. Here is the wording of this "lady's" response (copied and pasted from her email). "Hierdie sal nou die laaste skrywe wees aan jou. Dis totaal en al jou keuse. Jy weet baie goed dat jy onnodiglik gekla het. Ons het ook die fotos. Weet net verseker dat die rekening oorhandig SAL word. Jy HET Dienste gehad in Oktober waarvoor jy nie betaal het nie" They did not provide a service in October? PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THEM.
