I ordered giant ethiopian roses (not cheap R850) for our 6 months anniversary. The roses looked tired and were drooping after only three days. I tried emailing care@netflorist with photos and asked them for a replacement. No reply. I tried again to no avail. I then phoned the call centre only to be told that the email address for customer complaints nolonger works! When I eventually got hold of an agent (Mel Davis) I am told that Netcare will not replace the roses because their return policy is only valid upto 48 hours, Even Woolworths offers a five day no nonsense gauantee on their roses. Last time I will be using NetFlorist!
