Yesterday I placed an order at Netflorist for next day delivery. This afternoon at 14:00 I received an email saying that the florist in Secunda didn't have my item in stock and did not have anyway of obtaining it. Also stating that they tried to phone me early this morning. Weirdly no miss call from them.

They asked me if they can change my order to roses in stead of proteas. I checked the prices online and the roses was significantly cheaper the proteas. So I said, no. Make me a better deal. He never came back to me and then called their call center at 15:15 and they advised me that they changed the order to roses and it was on its way to delivery. I asked them if they are going to pay me the difference between the two products back? Well no. They are not because apparently the florist would make up the difference somehow. So now I have paid R450 for something I didn't want and I am not sure what is going to get there because the flowers is for my mom in Secunda, MP and I live in Cape Town, WC.

This is truly pathetic.
