The supplier of the personalised gowns will not accept responsibility on their bad workmanship on personalised gowns. They do not want to be held liable for their faulty and bad stitching on their gowns, the pics which the client has taken of the gowns - any person can see the various bad workmanship as i was the middle man between the supplier and the client i have to now out of my own pocket (one man business) vs the "big" company which fault is was in the first place must rectify their fault to refund the client which was not my fault just to keep my good name in tact as well as protect my reputation. I think this is very unfair and unprofessional to let the middle man take the wrap for which the supplier is at no way held liable for their bad service/quality of work. They will not take it back due to the fact that it is personalised and they cannot resell it - you should think they have steps in place to make an exception to make the client happy and to keep their reputation in tact but NO. This is UNACCEPTABLE ON THEIR PART AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE FOR THEIR FAULT.
