Worse place to buy a bed

Im utterly disgusted i bought a bed from bed center durbanvill about a year nd a few months ago.what upset me is the bed is making a horrible noise and on my side of the bed is a hole. According to my understanding is the bed suppose to last for 10years becoz its a seally postipedic .when i contact the place they simply told me that the bed had only a year guarentee and that the bed is now in a warrinty status and that i simply have to pay R1250 to have the bed fix and not only that its a factory fault so why should i be held liable to pay the R1200. i feel as a client that bedcenter should come to my house take the bed wherever they take the beds too and replace my bed after all i was told that the bed is able to carry weight of more the a 100kg im only weighing 80kg...
